Max hails from and currently lives in the New York metropolitan area with his fiancé and two children. He joined the firm in 2018 after 16 plus years working for the Chelsea Piers companies in New York and Connecticut. Max has always had a hand in the HR world and was responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing people while building various teams out for CP. This allowed him to transition nicely into the world of executive recruiting 4 years ago, where he now focuses on finding great talent for companies primarily in the Banking and Financial Services sectors. Max can field searches for a diverse number of verticals including operations, sales, tax, marketing, and software/web development, to name just a few.

He joined Oak Solutions in 2015 as a VP recruiting among multiple industries and specializing in retail banking. Lenny also holds national certifications in both Personal Fitness Training and Epigenetic Coaching. Lenny lives in the Greater New York area with his wife Niki and two daughters, Sofie and Chloe. Lenny is also an avid sports fan and part time foodie who loves to cook.

Mitchell brings 30+ years of executive leadership experience to Oak Solutions Group. As a highly respected vice president he is known for relationship building, recruiting and talent management. Mitch utilizes his diverse leadership experience to provide outstanding service in all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting, utilizing a multi-channeling approach, which includes examining job requisitions to drive diverse recruiting strategies, incorporating creative research, and consistently following up with hiring managers to ensure communication is timely, effective, and efficient.
